In our office we use recycled paper and envelopes and encourage clients to communicate by email, including receiving invoices and receipts. To help reduce paper use further, we recommend payment through Direct Debit or PayPal instead of cheques.
We will, of course, accept cheque payments if preferred and are happy to post invoices or receipts when requested. However, as part of our commitment to the environment, we always choose email as our first option and kindly ask customers to avoid using more paper than necessary.
